Rebekah (Zen co-owner & instructor) is a dedicated co-host of transformative yoga retreats, designing immersive experiences that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. With a deep personal yoga practice and extensive experience in retreat leadership, Rebekah brings a unique blend of expertise and heartfelt connection to each retreat. She earned her 200-hour certification in Yoga from the Yoga & Ayurveda Center in Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Fine Arts, as well as a certification in Health and Wellness from the MA DOE. She is a master level Reiki practitioner and carries her energy healing into her classes and retreat experiences. She had found her dharma (her calling and life work) in energy healing and yoga.
In addition to her work as a retreat leader, Rebekah’s life is full and vibrant, shared with her supportive husband, four children, a dog, and a cat. She enjoys being active, spending time near the ocean, and playing music with her loved ones.
Yoga, for Rebekah, is more than just a physical practice—it’s a lifestyle and a journey that transforms how she sees the world and herself. She believes yoga is for everyone and serves as an invaluable tool for self-care, stress management, injury recovery, and personal growth. Whether on the mat or in daily life, Rebekah is dedicated to helping others find balance, focus, and inner peace through yoga, both in her classes and during the retreats she facilitates.
